We’re excited to announce recent staff promotions of Clara Arcement and Emily Rose Vanags to Project Manager!
Clara, who joined DandE in 2022, has proven to be a versatile and quick-learning professional in our Engineering department, contributing across both civil site design and building elements with a strong understanding of multiple facets of the industry.
Emily joined our Architecture department in 2024 after relocating to Nashville and has quickly distinguished herself through exceptional communication, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit that shines both in and out of the office.
We’re proud to recognize their hard work and growth and look forward to the leadership and impact they’ll continue to bring in their new roles.
