Celebrating Years of Dedication – Happy Retirement, Trisha Millwater!
After 31 incredible years with D and E, we are excited to celebrate the retirement of our Billing Manager, Trisha Millwater.
Trish’s journey with D and E is a remarkable example of dedication, hard work, and growth. She joined our team as our receptionist and, over more than three decades, became an integral part of our company as a project coordinator, and ultimately serving as our Billing Manager. Along the way, she built lasting relationships with our employees, clients, and partners, always bringing a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever she was needed.

Trish’s positive energy has always been a huge part of us at D and E. She is always willing to help with any request that is asked of her. We’ll miss Trish tremendously, but we couldn’t be happier as she begins this well-earned chapter of retirement.
While it’s difficult to say goodbye, we couldn’t be happier for Trish as she begins this exciting new chapter. She’ll be trading the office for Florida sunshine, relaxing by the pool, and enjoying everything retirement has to offer. After 31 years of commitment to D and E, she has certainly earned it.
Of course, we couldn’t let Trish retire without celebrating in a way that reflected her personality. We gathered as a team for a retirement party featuring a skull-themed celebration, a fitting tribute to one of her favorite styles. From the decorations to the memories shared, it was a fun and heartfelt way to honor everything she has meant to our company. We’ll especially miss seeing the creative and adventurous Halloween costumes she looked forward to wearing every year.
Trish leaves behind a legacy of loyalty, kindness, and countless contributions that have helped shape D and E into the company it is today. Her impact will be felt for years to come, and while she’ll certainly be missed around the office, we’re excited to see her embrace this next adventure.
