Team Member Highlight: Trisha Millwater

Our very own billing manager Trisha Millwater is also the Youth Director and Cheer Leader for the Tenn Pin Bowling Alley Youth Program! We are excited to feature her passion outside of work…

“A friend asked me to help her as a volunteer with the youth program. She was a very quiet person and as we know, I am not. So, I began cheering very loudly for them and interacting with them and just came to love being a part of it. After losing both of my parents so close together, something was missing from my life, and I felt like this was my purpose. Since then, the other youth director has left, and I took over.

I always try to be a positive influence for them because it is easy to get discouraged if you aren’t bowling well. My moto is new frame, new game 😊 Sometimes the children will listen to me, but not their parents. So, I try to help in any way that I can. All of the parents always tell me thank you for everything I do for their children, but as I always say, they do way more for me than I do for them. I love them all and I am so thankful to be a part of their lives and watch them grow up and improve in their skill. I can talk for days about my kids 😊”
