After our final permit set is complete, D and E is confidently managing the permitting process for our client. Our permit specialists are conducting ongoing project coordination between consultants, the Owner, Developer/Landlord team, and the City.

We are heading up the application and submittal processes, providing representation at public meetings as needed, working with the jurisdiction to determine utility connections, and more. Most importantly, our permitting department is diligent in monitoring city portals and is skilled in moving a project through plan approval efficiently and effectively.
