Our architectural team worked closely with sign vendors and other partners to seamlessly blend new elements with a timeless look.

Signage is a crucial design element, just like exterior finishes—it represents the tenant and impacts the building’s aesthetic. While the sign vendor handles permitting and installation, we ensure the owner’s design intent is fully realized. For this project, Joslin Signs provided three key elements: an interior wayfinding sign for patio access and illuminated top and bottom bands wrapping the canopy. Through close collaboration with the owner and GC, we helped integrate these features seamlessly into the overall design.
