Design and Engineering, Inc.  has worked with O’Charley’s on civil engineering site design for their freestanding corporate stores for 17 years.  In the D and E tradition, architectural services and ADA compliance review have been integrated providing a complete design package for our client.  Our work includes the design and construction documents for the renovation of O’Charley’s 60,000 square foot corporate office in Nashville, Tennessee.  In addition, D and E has provided construction documents and permitting services for the remodel and renovation of their existing stores across the country.
