Modular Restaurant Construction in Sylvan Park: Supernormal Site Visit

From its rapid construction to its bold flavor combinations, everything about this new food spot coming soon to Sylvan Park is out of the ordinary. Our design team took a site visit to Supernormal to celebrate the final stages. By utilizing a pre-approved modular building, weeks of construction time were shaved off—allowing our team to witness the structure being set and walk through the space just moments later!

D and E provided Civil Engineering and Permit Expediting services for this project, securing a permit in just about two months—even with a holiday in the mix. Grateful for great weather, seamless site visits, and a rewarding collaboration with the team!
