Project Highlight: Fainting Goat Coffee Co.

THE FAINTING GOAT COFFEE CO.
3,525 SF – Franklin, TN

The property owner saw the classic beauty of the existing brick building across from the Carter House. Formerly a glass blowing shop, the space had suffered from a fire and subsequent water damage. Our team assessed the structure and worked toward finding a way to highlight the main bones and add-on to accentuate the space. The Fainting Goat coffee shop saw the space and knew it would be ideal for their concept. Our interior design team worked closely with them to incorporate their vision, collaborate on layout, and create a warm and inviting space. The highlight of this project was creating the rooftop patio with plush seating, views of the surrounding, and flexible space. It is fulfilling to see a worn-down space brought to life with new activity and visual appeal.
