The Oaks is a pedestrian friendly center offering an attractive site layout and a complementary tenant mix in one of the fastest growing areas in the country.  The initial design consists of 295,000 square feet of commercial space on 32.1 acres, including outparcels.  D and E provided site, grading, utility, and stormwater design for the entire site.
