Jim’n Nick’s Bar-B-Q

Jim ‘N Nick’s Bar-B-Q is well known in the South for their authentic cooking using natural ingredients and recipes.  Throughout the design of the prototype concept this core idea was carried out by integrating quality wood, local brick, and transparent stains into the design, allowing the natural elements and materials to maintain their integrity. D and E revamped the layout and elements while continuing to utilize the key design and operational features that the client desired. Prototype documents were developed with clear details, coordinated vendor information, and full specifications. The building design from the inside out represents the identity and authenticity of the Jim ‘N Nick’s brand.
