The developer Oldacre McDonald selected a site for two restaurant tenants. Through initial site sketches until final submittal to the city, D and E worked with the Developer and tenant to capture the needs and design requirements for this location. A thoughtfully designed brick facade along with a well circulated site, provided for a great project in a high traffic location.
