The Fainting Goat Coffee Co. opened its doors last year in the revitalized Carter’s Court development—originally built in the 1970s and recently restored after a fire. We partnered on the site’s transformation, taking the opportunity to reimagine the outdoor experience and enhance accessibility.
✅ Improved ADA Access – Added 5 new parking spaces, a new accessible ramp, and a monument stair connecting from the lot
✅ Enhanced Outdoor Dining – Modern convenience blended with the original 1970s charm
✅ Sustainable Design – Reused existing brick pavers to preserve the texture and history of this unique setting
