RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the preparation of architectural construction drawings, 3D modeling, renderings, and presentation drawings
- Collaborate project requirements with team manager and coordinate with team members
- Develop/Design 3D conceptual designs and models
- Observe and document conditions with team manager during construction and as-built visits
- Research and identifying building materials, lighting fixtures, other products
- Research building code requirements and accessibility requirements
- Organize files and documents for projects and company library of standards
- Coordinate redlines and revisions to drawings

REQUIREMENTS
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Computer Aided Drafting, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
- Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, databases (Microsoft Office)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the preparation of ID construction drawings, 3D modeling, renderings, and presentation drawings
- Collaborate project requirements with team manager and coordinate with team members
- Assemble material finish boards and research product options
- Connect with material, furniture, lighting, and décor vendors and organize material library
- Coordinate redlines and revisions to drawings

- Support senior engineers in responding to client and agency reviews

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination with other disciplines including civil, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical to provide a fully coordinated set of construction documents
- Assist in preparation of structural calculations and modeling of project
- Redline and review full set documents
- Respond to city review comments and follow up with reviewing agencies having authority
- Conduct site visits to projects across the country for as-builts
- Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals and schedules

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with emphasis in structures
- 5 – 10 years of experience in structural design
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Knowledge of relevant building codes
