Our team loved celebrating Byron Bohrman with a surprise luau as he enters his well-earned retirement! 🏝️ 🌺 We thought the theme fitting, as Byron is an avid scuba diver and instructor.
After 34 years of dedicated service, Byron has shaped Design and Engineering, Inc. in ways that will last long beyond his tenure. From starting as a Project Manager, growing into Senior PM, Secretary/Treasurer, Shareholder, and then ultimately Vice President, Byron has influenced nearly every facet of the company’s operations.
In his own words… “During my interview with Jim in late 1990, I mentioned that I was looking for a place to retire from. I’ve spent more than half of my life at DandE. It would seem that I found what I was looking for.”
