Start-To-Finish Series: Phase Two – Design Development

START-TO-FINISH SERIES: 𝓟𝓱𝓪𝓼𝓮 𝓣𝔀𝓸: 𝓓𝓮𝓼𝓲𝓰𝓷 𝓓𝓮𝓿𝓮𝓵𝓸𝓹𝓶𝓮𝓷𝓽.

We are continuing into the next phase of our one-stop-shop design process – Design Development. While our project coordinators are conducting due diligence, our architectural and/or civil team is working on the following:

– Developing preliminary site plan layouts
– Creating a floorplan layout
– Designing exterior elevations
– Creating 3D Renderings
– Adapting the design based on local requirements discovered in due diligence
– Making revisions based on client review and comments

And more! We enjoy working closely with the client in this phase to create their vision and design solutions to meet their needs. Stay tuned for the next phase!
