Melissa Sears

Melissa Sears has been with the company since 1992 and in the industry since 1986. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in management/marketing and is a member of the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce. Melissa has always enjoyed the business and operations side of a company as well as human resources/employee relations, and these interests led her to pursue her career path.
After graduating from college, she took a position as Office Manager with a small architectural firm. She enjoyed the design and creativity within the architectural environment and has since pursued other positions in the industry. Melissa’s favorite part of her work is seeing a project evolve from beginning to end. She loves seeing it all come together and being a part of the team that helped make it happen. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as running, hiking, working out, kayaking, and spending time with family – be it at church, the beach, a ball field, or time at home. Melissa is also a mentor for the Nolensville Running Club, where she helps them to accomplish their first 5K’s and encourages them to be active daily in the running community.
