Betsy Wertman

Betsy Wertman joined the company in 2026 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Grace College. Her academic background equipped her with a strong foundation in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and client advocacy.

Prior to joining the firm, Betsy gained experience in a variety of roles, including serving as a Family Intervention Specialist with Youth Villages, working in the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office as a legal secretary, and supporting administrative operations in both office and customer-facing environments. Her diverse professional background has strengthened her ability to adapt, manage time effectively, and build strong relationships with clients and team members alike.

Betsy is passionate about helping others and is drawn to roles that allow her to support both clients and colleagues. Although new to the construction industry, she is enthusiastic about learning and embracing new challenges. She values being part of the collaborative and supportive team at DandE and is grateful for the opportunity to grow her skills while contributing to the success of each project.

Outside of work, Betsy enjoys spending time outdoors, be it camping, hiking, and exploring new places, as well as staying active through sports like soccer. She also loves traveling whenever she can.
