Debora Allegranti

Debora has a diverse professional background ranging from restaurant management to the travel industry, artist tour travel, and the health/fitness industry. Her professional skills include Microsoft Office/Excel, strong time management, project management, and problem solving. She is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, deadline driven and self-motivated.

This career path opportunity arose unexpectedly for Debora, and she quickly learned that she really enjoyed and was fascinated by the design industry. Her previous employment background and skillsets translated well into her new position, allowing her to learn, grow, and thrive in her current role as a Project Coordinator. Debora says that learning from the best in their fields at Design and Engineering, Inc. is what has most shaped her career.

Her favorite part of her job is interacting with so many different people across the country, be it clients, jurisdictions, team members, etc. Debora enjoys the variation her job brings, as there is always something different to learn or tackle. She finds a sense of satisfaction in being able to contribute to bringing in a project early or resolving an issue or obstacle for our clients.

In her free time, Debora enjoys riding/training horses, singing, personal training, tennis, and travel.
