Engineering
Clara Arcement joined the company in 2022 after graduating from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in architectural engineering. Her professional skills include Revit, Civil 3D and Stormwater management. Clara decided to go the route of engineering because she enjoys the unique challenge that each project provides. She is drawn to problem solving, math and design, and particularly enjoys civil engineering as it allows her to work with the earth and creatively shape the environment around each project.
Watching her brother utilize his engineering degree to bring projects to life inspired her to pursue a similar career path one day. She loves having the opportunity at D and E to work on both the civil engineering and architectural sides of projects, as she gets to explore the different design processes and fully utilize her skillset.
In her free time, Clara enjoys crocheting, playing pickle ball, trying new restaurants, and watching Bama football.
