Interior Design
Our team is dedicated to the art and science of creating both aesthetic and functional interior environments. The ID department provides services such as site analysis, research, schematic design, space planning, programming, FF&E, and construction documentation. Our ID team works hand-in-hand with our architecture department, fostering an environment for seamless communication and ultimately a coherent end design.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN
In the schematic design phase, we develop initial design concepts that reflect the client’s vision and project goals. This includes space planning, layout options, and preliminary material selections. Our aim is to create a strong foundation for the project, coordinating closely with our client to ensure we are aligned.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
During design development, we refine the initial concepts into more detailed and defined plans. This phase involves selecting materials, finishes and furnishings, as well as coordinating with other disciplines to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions. D and E focuses on creating a detailed and executable design that meets all functional and aesthetic requirements.
SITE VISITS
Our interior designers will conduct site visits to assess progress, verify compliance with design plans, and address any issues that arise. These visits help streamline the execution of the project and allow for timely adjustments to maintain quality and consistency.
FURNITURE, FINISHES AND EQUIPMENT (FF&E)
We provide comprehensive services for selecting and specifying furniture, finishes, and equipment (FF&E). This includes sourcing high-quality products, creating detailed FF&E schedules, and coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers. Our goal is to create cohesive and aesthetic interiors that reflect the client’s brand and vision.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
D and E prepares detailed construction documents that include precise drawings, specifications, and instructions for the interior build-out. These documents serve as a critical guide for contractors, allowing design elements to be accurately implemented for a smooth and successful project.
PROCUREMENT
Our procurement services manage the sourcing, ordering, and installation of furniture, finishes, and equipment. We coordinate with vendors and dealers, track orders and oversee the delivery and installation process where necessary to support timely arrivals and ensure quality standards are met.
