Dunkin’

D and E was introduced to the Dunkin’ brand by Inspire Brands to create a co-branded kiosk inside their office headquarters. The challenge was to create a multifunctional station paired with a Jimmy John’s where employees could order and grab their food. Our team collaborated closely with the client and their operations team to design a compact space that would be functional, user friendly, and highlight the brand aesthetic. Since then, our team has been collaborating with franchisees as the brand expands into multiple regions across the country. Our firm’s multidisciplined approach allows us to excel in the development of new standalone buildings with site circulation and drive-thrus. In addition, our permitting team works diligently to maintain overall project schedules and updates with the client and streamline the permitting process. We are excited to see this brand continue to grow and develop into new markets.
