We may have gotten rained out for a half hour, but that didn’t stop us! Another great Sounds outing down in the books.

Congratulations, Mya!

We would love to acknowledge one of our Interior Designers, Mya Agee, for being accepted along with a select group of 14 other up-and-coming designers to attend the industry’s premier commercial design event – NeoCon.

In their own words, @neocon_shows “offers a comprehensive itinerary led by industry leaders, including editor-led showroom tours and roundtable discussions. It is a unique chance to learn about the latest products and trends that are shaping the industry, while also building meaningful working relationships with other designers, manufacturers, and industry professionals.”

Visit to The Fainting Goat – Franklin

Our Interiors Team took a trip down the road to one of our projects that recently opened – The Fainting Goat Coffee Co. in Franklin, TN! Incredible coffee, a great second story with a rooftop lounge, remote working booths available, and parking in the back. Needless to say, this location will be a frequent visit for our office!

Start-To-Finish Series: BWW Xenia, OH

Start-To-Finish Series: BWW Xenia, OH

: ⁣

This series will walk you through our step-by-step process of our one-stop-shop, nationwide design. The project we chose to feature is the Buffalo Wild Wings in Xenia, OH which we completed for BWW franchisee, Grube, Inc. We are so excited to see this project open back in November 2023 and look forward to letting you in on the journey.

Our projects always begin with Due Diligence. In this first phase, our team:
• Reviews the site information provided by the client
• Analyzes the site conditions and constraints
• Investigates and researches on local guidelines, fees, and permitting timelines
• Visits the site to document existing conditions
• Prepares a Preliminary Site Investigation Report
• Creates site and building Test-fits

And more!

Our goal in this phase is to identify the local requirements, project feasibility, and any concerns to the client so that they have full transparency at the project’s inception, rather than being surprised later down the road.

Stay tuned for our next step in the process…
