Our Interiors Team took a trip down the road to one of our projects that recently opened – The Fainting Goat Coffee Co. in Franklin, TN! Incredible coffee, a great second story with a rooftop lounge, remote working booths available, and parking in the back. Needless to say, this location will be a frequent visit for our office!

DandE was excited to tour some recently completed stores around Birmingham, AL with franchisee Tim Spencer. They have recently completed 2 new GO stores and upgraded several existing BWWs in the area. It is always fulfilling to see the finished projects!
We are so excited to be a part of this project! The Fainting Goat Coffee is opening a new Franklin, TN location in a renovated building soon. Looking forward to sharing more images as it gets wrapped up.

Exciting news! The new Bricktops in Greenville, SC is officially up and running. We are grateful to partner with Bricktops and help bring these projects to fruition as they continue to expand! This location is approximately 5,000 sqft and built out of a former retail space. This is Bricktops’ 10th location and first in South Carolina.

This week we enjoyed visiting the recently opened BWW Go nestled right in the heart of downtown Akron, OH. It was fulfilling to see the corner entry illuminated as a beacon to draw guests inside. We enjoyed collaborating with franchisee Steve Grube and CCS construction to see this space come to life!
Last week we enjoyed seeing the finished product of the new home office for Bricktops. This project was a fulfilling experience from start to finish, working closely with the client on the interior design and construction drawings. We maintained some of the rustic elements of the warehouse space while weaving in more refined fixtures throughout. Providing 3D visuals during the process allowed the Client to know what to expect for the finished product. So excited to see their new space!
We are excited to see M.L. Rose open its newest location in Mount Juliet, TN!! The design challenge was to bring the iconic neighborhood bar feel of this brand to a closed down restaurant. We worked with the client to provide an open space with the bar as the focal point and an extension to the outdoor patio deck. We know the local community will love it!
The latest Holler and Dash has now opened in the Melrose neighborhood in Nashville, TN! D and E is proud to have partnered with H&D on the preliminary design, construction documents, permitting, landlord coordination, and construction administration. The challenge for this project was to establish a unique design that paid homage to the eclectic nature of the Melrose neighborhood but also blended with the modern exterior of the shell building.
To capture the design intent and message, D and E created 3D models and renderings of the exterior and interior design and worked closely with H&D to fine tune each element prior to construction. In the end, the design expectations were achieved as shown in the comparison image below:
D and E also worked closely with local artisans and craftsmen, such as 5 strings furniture (www.fivestringfurniture.com), Oil and Lumber (www.oilandlumber.com), and Sideshow signs (www.sideshowsignco.com), to provide a cohesive space highlighted with high quality elements. We are excited to see this location completed and hope you will enjoy the space too!
