It is our goal to work as a team with the owner, contractor, suppliers, and local agencies to expedite the construction process and obtain your final Certificate of Occupancy.

Permitting

Submittals of plans and specifications to obtain approvals and building permits is a valuable service available at Design and Engineering, Inc. We will track and follow their progress, or assist a client’s construction department through the permitting process. Our staff is experienced in communicating with local and state agencies and will gladly represent a client during staff reviews at planning commission meetings and public hearings.

Construction Document Maintenance

Distribution of construction documents can be a time consuming exercise for many companies. Our firm has developed an efficient method of distributing plans and specifications to contractors, vendors of owner furnished items, or other parties requested by the owner. This process provides a client with accurate accounts of transmittals and the ability to track delivery of your plans with just one phone call to our office.
