D and E provided comprehensive engineering design on this residential/commercial mixed use development.  The Master Plan and construction documents for the 51 acre site covered roadways, utilities, infrastructure, stormwater detention and conveyance, and  sustainable environmental design.  D and  E also developed a pattern book to outline the design style, characteristics, and elements of the neighborhood.
