Design and Engineering, Inc. is excited to announce that Ryan Nicholson has been promoted to Vice President of the company.  Ryan started out interning at D and E during his breaks from college semesters.  After graduating Summa cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, he started a full time position with D and E.  We became a licensed Architect in 2008 and proceeded to obtain licenses across the country.  Over the past 15 years, he has worked on various projects and clients and has enjoyed taking projects from their inception all the way through completion.  He has most notably designed and managed the growth of Buffalo Wild Wings over the past 10 years, including work on multiple prototypes, site specific designs, and franchise development.  Ryan said he is both “humbled and excited about this new opportunity” and “looks forward to moving the company forward”.
